detailed cleaning great arcade
I found the room cleaning was detailed. The cleaning team made beds, emptied bins and swapped towels consistently. The hotel offered a great arcade with bowling for only two euros per person.

equipped gym tasty options
The hotel had a well-equipped gym that featured several exercise machines. I used both the treadmill and bike. The food included many tasty options, I particularly enjoyed the pastries. The staff was very kind! The breakfast had a good range of options, and the pool area had plenty of sunbeds.
I found there was a distinct lack of drink options. Soft drinks were not included, and I had to pay even for tap water. I think including basic beverages could improve the experience.

The breakfast buffet offered a good range with fresh options and variety. some hot dishes were not consistently warm enough. The restaurant also offers several pastries and fruit options, a big plus for me. I found the coffee machine had a long line at peak times.

Staff at reception were efficient during check-in. The bar staff seemed busy during the evenings, and I had to wait a little longer for service at certain times. The cleaning staff maintained the rooms daily. I appreciated the fresh towels.

The hotel had two big pools with sunbeds available. some sunbeds showed wear and tear. The gym was well-equipped and very clean. The hotel's handy shop offered all kinds of amenities and snacks.

daily housekeeping food variety engaging activities
I found the rooms to be clean daily. They provided comfort with regular housekeeping. The food had great variety and it was tasty. There were engaging activities for kids each day which kept them entertained.
Sometimes, it was a little hard to find shade around the pool.

The reception staff explained all information fully. They were very friendly. The cleaners were helpful and friendly towards children, which helped us a lot. It was a great experience overall. EVERYONE was so helpful.

a really lovely time!
speedy check in helpful staff comfortable bed lovely room
the check in online went very speedy and the reception staff are very helpful all day. i booked to hold the room until 6pm on the day of departure. this costed 40 euros and was very worthy. the room was lovely and the beds were comfortables, also cleaned almost all days. it had what i need.
the mini fridge in the room it does not gets nor keeps drinks cold even when is on the lowest. that was a bit annoying for my drinks but nothing too serious.

the staff is very polite and helpful. the receptionists were always attentive. it's lovely they work very hard for the guests. i always saw smiling faces.

the main strip is a short five minute walk away. the beach is approximately 15 minutes. there were many cafes and bars on the way. that really did help enjoy the time.

large hotel many food options yummy burger friendly cleaner
the hotel was large and busy. food options suited everyone, even picky eaters. lunch bar on the terrace featured yummy burgers and hot dogs. vending machines located throughout the building was handy. rooms were cleaned every day and new towels were provided by friendly cleaners.
i only had one blanket for two people. despite asking twice for another blanket, i never received it. this was slightly inconvenient.

there are two pool areas. i liked the one at the back, it was great for kids. the outdoor area is spacious, with smaller pools and an entertainment area beside the outdoor bar. there is also a handy shop.

the location was out of the way so it was quiet at night. shops and amenities were nearby the hotel. to the park of PortAventura it was around 30 minutes by foot. bars were restarted kids play zones just out the door.

modern decoration amazing shower
i stayed in a refurbished room. the shower was AMAZING! the room was bright, with modern decoration, and cleaned daily.
The air-conditioning blew WARM air. I had to sleep with the balcony door open.
